Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
Please note that processing times may vary during launches, holidays, or limited releases.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer complimentary ground shipping on all U.S. orders.
At checkout, you may also select:
2-Day Expedited Shipping for an additional fee.
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped and may vary based on carrier operations and destination.
We ship via trusted national carriers and reserve the right to select the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for your delivery.
Shipping Insurance & Delivery
All orders are shipped with insurance.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Hone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout and that deliveries can be received securely.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us promptly and we will assist where possible.
International Shipping
At this time, Hone ships within the United States only, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
