Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

At Hone, each garment is produced thoughtfully and in limited quantities. We encourage intentional purchasing and are committed to minimizing waste through responsible return practices.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn and unused

  • With the original tag still attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

We do not accept returns on worn, washed, altered, damaged, or tag-removed merchandise.

Garments returned without original tags cannot legally be resold as new merchandise. Accepting such items would contribute to unnecessary landfill waste. Our return standards protect both product integrity and our sustainability commitment.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@wearhone.com with your order number.

Returns must be requested and approved prior to shipment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for how and where to send your package.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, please contact us at hello@wearhone.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
