Hone Mobile Message Terms

The program

Honeysuckle Nursing Company, Inc. dba Hone ("Hone," "we," or "us") operates this mobile messaging program. It covers recurring promotional texts about Lana availability and launches, and two-hour Black Friday sale access. Joining and using the program means you accept these Mobile Message Terms.

Your choice to join

By separately opting in, you authorize Hone to send these texts to the mobile number you provide, including through automated dialing or messaging technology, even if that number appears on a do-not-call registry. Complete the confirmation step to finish subscribing. Participation is optional; buying from Hone never requires SMS consent.

Frequency and cost

How often we text depends on program activity. Hone does not charge a subscription fee. Your carrier may charge for messages or data under your plan; those charges are your responsibility.

Stopping messages and getting help

Send STOP to +1 888-533-5172 whenever you want to leave. After one confirmation of your cancellation, program texts will stop unless you initiate another interaction. For assistance, send HELP or INFO to that number, or email toni@wearhone.com.

Your number and delivery

Provide a working mobile number and enroll again if you change it. If our sending number changes, we will notify you. Requests sent to a retired number may not reach us; use our current number or support email. Carriers bear no responsibility for late or missing texts.

Changes and responsibility

We may change or discontinue the program or its features. We may also revise these terms, subject to applicable law, with notice when required. Continuing to use the program after revised terms take effect signifies acceptance where legally permitted. To the extent allowed by law, Hone is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, misdirected texts, message errors, or decisions made in reliance on them. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
